Delivery terms

This page explains how orders placed in the Baltic Lasers online shop at customer.baltic-lasers.eu are delivered, what delivery costs to expect, and how long delivery takes. It complements our Terms of Use and Returns & refunds policy.

1. Delivery methods

The delivery options offered at checkout are:

  • Omniva parcel machine — pick up your parcel from a self-service Omniva parcel machine of your choice. You receive an SMS / e-mail with a door code when the parcel arrives.
  • DPD parcel locker — pick up your parcel from a DPD Pickup parcel locker of your choice.
  • DPD courier — delivery by DPD courier to the address you provide at checkout.
  • In-store pickup — collect your order in person, free of charge, from our office in Tallinn at Raua 36-05, Tallinn 10152, Estonia. We e-mail you when the order is ready to collect.
  • International orders — for deliveries outside Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, shipping is arranged individually. The courier cost depends on weight and destination, so it is quoted to you before payment (see section 2).

2. Delivery cost

  • The exact delivery cost for each available method is shown at checkout before you confirm and pay, based on your cart and the selected destination.
  • In-store pickup is free.
  • For international orders, we calculate the courier price after you submit the order and e-mail you the final total together with a payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve that quote.
  • All delivery prices are shown together with the applicable Estonian VAT (or, where relevant, under the EU reverse-charge rules described in our Terms of Use).

3. Maximum delivery time

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within up to 5 business days within Estonia and the Baltics; international deliveries are arranged individually. Back-ordered items may take 1–4 weeks. Where an order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, you may choose at checkout to split it so the available items ship immediately and the rest follow when stock arrives.

Delivery times are estimates counted from the moment payment is confirmed and depend on the carrier's own schedule; we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout.

4. Questions about a delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or you have any question about delivery, please contact us and we will help track it.
